Project

The project aims at developing a comprehensive electronic insurance service environment that is combined with the insurance customership life cycle. The project entity has been divided into the following four research themes:

• The objective of the Service business and usability research theme is to research on the future electronic insurance service concept in the customer's perspective.
• The objective of the Security and risk management research theme is to discover methods to decrease the uncertainty of the customer in the electronic environment and develop tools that improve their safety.
• The objective of the Jurisprudence research theme is to study the application of common legislation and especially the law of contract to the insurance services provided in the electronic environment.
• The objective of the Technological environment research theme is to examine the methods developed by the other research themes in the technology perspective and study the potential technological solutions that could be applicable in insurance business
